OREGON CITY, OR
Oregon City's residential character is shaped by its historic roots, dramatic topography, mature neighborhoods, and proximity to the Willamette River and surrounding natural landscape. Historic homes and traditional architecture coexist with newer construction and contemporary residences, creating opportunities for both preservation-minded renovations and highly individualized new homes.
The city's hills and varied terrain make site planning particularly important. At dC Design, we consider how a home approaches the street, how it responds to grade, where natural light enters, and how views and outdoor spaces can be incorporated into everyday living. In existing homes, we look for ways to improve function and flow while respecting the architectural qualities that give the residence its identity.
dC Design's residential services include custom home design, whole-home interiors, and kitchen and bathroom renovations. Whether reworking an outdated kitchen, modernizing a primary suite, or developing an entirely new residence, we approach the project as a cohesive whole. Materials, architectural details, lighting, furnishings, and finishes are carefully considered so that each decision supports the larger vision.
Our Oregon-wide experience gives us the flexibility to work comfortably across architectural styles and project types. In Oregon City, that means bringing a refined design process to homes that may be historic, contemporary, hillside, suburban, or somewhere in between; always with an emphasis on creating architecture that belongs to its setting.
