2010 will represent our 6th consecutive year being open during the Tour of Homes, and each and every year our goal is to bring the latest building innovations, technology, and design concepts to the general public during the 9 day event.
Clients of our annual tour of homes receive a lot of incentives and benefits in return for the sacrifice they make by having 7,000+ people go through their homes.
The most attractive part to most clients is the heavy discounts on appliances to plumbing and on technology to lighting. Most clients receive what amounts to a savings of 7-8% off of total construction cost by the time the project is finished, although most people use that savings in direct upgrades to the home.
Also, DC Interiors, our affiliated interior design service, works closely with our clients at no charge to make the home unique and exclusive, meanwhile catering the design to our client's respective needs.
In the end, the home will be the talk of the town and will be an experience that our client will be able to share with friends and family... and people they have yet to meet. In each Tour Project, the collaboration of builder, designers and client makes the experience a rewarding one at the conclusion, and the Tour acts as the celebration for the culmination of such a journey.
Each tour participant agrees to allow the designers and builder some creative control in the project, and must be comfortable with sharing their future residence with the public for 9 days. In return, the client not only receives monetary incentives but will enjoy a home that will be fully completed in a condensed timeline, will receive concierge-level service with an utmost priority throughout the process, and will benefit from a true team environment where the final product represents the passion of the group.
