Dan Cooper
Lead Designer
Dan is the founder of DC Fine Homes & Interiors. His interest in home design and innovation inspired him to create a company that strives to create residences that display versatility, originality, and distinction. A large contributor to the Home Builder's Association's annual Tour of Homes, Dan is the President of the Lane County Home Builder's Association and a 3 year board member. Dan also partners with Oregon State University's Design and Human Environment internship program to mentor seniors majoring in design.
Duane Cooper
Head Foreman
After 25 Years in the HVAC industry, Duane joined DC Fine Homes to take on the day to day coordination of the on-site operations. Utilizing his extensive wholesale and managerial background, Duane is in charge of facilitating bids, scheduling, and conveying the design principles to the job site crew.
Mary Cooper
Design Specialist
Mary is big contributor to the finishing design of every home. She is the color, texture and furniture design specialist, and is often the counsel for the many ideas generated. Mary owned her own design business in the early 1990's, and utilizes her experience to consult our clients throughout many phases of the design process.
John Moore
Finish Foreman
John has been with DC since the company was founded. John has a very diverse construction background - from metal fabrication to tile & stone install, and from heavy framing to fine cabinet building, John is our ace of spades. Once the roof is on, John's role as finish foreman begins as he sees the home through completion. John is responsible for taking our designs and finding a way to build them, and often can be counted on to make the designs look better physically than they were in principal.
Angela Ferry
Interior Design
Angela Ferry is a recent addition to the DC Fine Homes family and brings many years of creative design experience. While Angela's forte is choosing the right building materials to achieve a client's vision and overall building/remodeling goals, her true passion is kitchen and bath design. Let her help you select the perfect fixtures, paint color, flooring, counter tops, tile surfaces…everything to pull a room together so it feels warm and exclusive. And, if building "Green" is your goal, allow Angela to draw on her years of research, experience and resources to advise you on the many ways you can achieve a one of a kind green home.
Yancy Martinez
Finish/Warranty Management
Yancy started with us in 2007 and is another versatile asset to our company. Yancy is an impeccable tile installer and a perfectionist when it comes to our trim packages—work that sets us apart from all the rest. He has a diverse skill set that has made him a valuable addition to our team, and we appreciate his attention to detail and positive attitude. Yancy also helps maintain our warranty work after the house is completed, and has a knack for building rapport with our clients.
