Duane Cooper, Head Foreman

After 25 Years in the HVAC industry, Duane joined DC Fine Homes to take on the day to day coordination of the on-site operations. Utilizing his extensive wholesale and managerial background, Duane is in charge of facilitating bids, scheduling, and conveying the design principles to the job site crew. He is a member of the Lane Leaders Association.

Mary Cooper, Design Specialist

Mary is big contributor to the finishing design of every home. She is the color, texture and furniture design specialist, and is often the counsel for the many ideas generated. Mary owned her own design business in the early 1990's, and utilizes her experience to consult our clients throughout many phases of the design process.

John Moore, Finish Foreman

John has been with DC since the company was founded. John has a very diverse construction background - from metal fabrication to tile & stone install, and from heavy framing to fine cabinet building, John is our ace of spades. Once the roof is on, John's role as finish foreman begins as he sees the home through completion. John is responsible for taking our designs and finding a way to build them, and often can be counted on to make the designs look better physically than they were in principal.
