View BlogAn in depth look at the process of building our 2009 Tour of Homes entry, "Infinity." The largest home we have yet to build, Infinity is close to 7,000 square feet of living space. The home will be another of our 'hybrid' combinations, with architectural details from Queen Anne and Colonial style homes of the late 19th century. We call this structure our "Modernized Colonial," a home inspired by North-Eastern American design.
Included in this 5 bedroom, 4 full bath and 3 half-bath home is a luxurious library, hidden gym, a master bedroom's sitting room dubbed the "Saturday Room,"a master spa, kid's homework loft, conversation room, secret kids playroom, sports bar and theater. The home is located in the Southwest Hills on a 2 acre city parcel, and has magnificent valley views.

Villa on Erickson
View BlogAnother one of our custom projects, Villa on Erickson is a home that sits on a 20 acre parcel in the West of rural Eugene. Seemingly right out of a vineyard, the home is an Italian Countryside Villa, a stucco and stone home with aged timbers, tile and metal roof, and a timeless European feel.
In partnership with our clients, the home has been designed as a family-friendly residence with versatility to entertain guests. An outdoor timber framed covered back patio and full wrap around porch with pergola at back creates a backyard sanctuary. The interior boasts a sizable centralized kitchen with 2 story great room, a dining room with nearby butler's storage, a guest suite and office on the first level. A 2nd story loft and main bed areas combine with a large theater/recreation area that connects to the exterior entertaining areas via a back staircase.
