Our mission at DC Fine Homes & Interiors is to provide homes & services where the end result evokes a unique theme, meanwhile providing a practical lay out and a quality end result. Really, the concept is quite simple: We take a house and we make it a home.

Interior design & new construction can often intersect. As such, we have created two divisions of DC Fine Homes & Interiors that operate both independently and together, depending on the needs of our client or project.

DC Fine Homes & Interiors, formed in 2003 by Dan Cooper, was originally established to provide help in an area of observed need: direction and consulting for clients building new homes with expressed wants and needs who lack the experience or knowledge of how to get to what they envision. We provide them with as little or as much assistance as requested, from a few hours for initial lay out, to a start to finish hand-holding throughout the project.

In early 2005, Duane Cooper joined DC Fine Homes & Interiors to head up the day to day operations of our Fine Homes division. Our focus is to construct new homes that cater to all types of clientele, meanwhile continuing our vision and design principles. With this, we will provide a distinct array of homes in desirable areas and will continue to consider custom home/pre-sold projects that we feel go along with our company culture and passion.
